Responsibilities :
● Responsible to generate leads by canopy activities in apartments & commercial places
● Promote electric bikes and explain their features and benefits
● Provide guidance on vehicle which will best fit the customer’s profile
● Coordinating test drives for enquiries
● Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
● Manage Store Operations in absence of Store Manager
● Ensure all SOPs are followed on Lead Collection, Test Rides, Store Visits and Delivery
● In addition to the above, the FSE will also follow ad hoc tasks assigned to him/her by the Store manager to help in the Store Operations like dusting vehicles, printing photos, opening and closing stores, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
● B2C direct sales
● Connect and engage with customers via doing an offline activity
● Experience in customer relationship management
● Experience in Product demonstration and explanation to live audience
● Experience in planning & executing promotion activities
● Relevant knowledge of safety requirements within EV charging or electrical infrastructure
● Good presentation skills
● Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments
● Fluent (written and verbal) in English and Hindi
