Area Sales Manager Responsibilities:
 Identify the market potential and based on that expand the area to generate the business.
 Engage in performance evaluation process of sales officer & sr. sales Officer.
 Traveling to potential distributors within an assigned sales area to present company
offerings and build brand awareness.
 Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with
customers to close sales.
 Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with distributors.
 Provide training to the team on presentation improvement, negotiation skills, Client/Site.
visit improvisation, communication while doing follow-ups, approaching clients and
 Closing the deals etc. generate effective sales.
 Taking feedbacks to material sent clients regarding products and services and
 generate referral enquiries from them.
 Meet Interior Designer, Architectures and maintain the good professional relationship with
them.
 Maintain lead conversion ratio above 60%
 Meeting with the sales targets of Sales Officers.
 Discuss monthly & quarterly targets with team and encourage them to achieve
 the targets.
 Handle clients which have the issues regarding products which is unresolved since
 long and resolve their queries.
 Handle and resolve conflicts between team if arises.
 Handle sales enquiry.
 Identify the manpower need to particular area/territory and help HR team in
 recruitment process.
 Maintain punctuality of sales team while morning calls and weekly meetings
 Maintain enquiry generation ratio.
 Maintain CRM database of individual team member's updates on a weekly basis
 Verify DSR report of team on a daily basis
