Job Description:
Super Industries, a leader in personal care and home care products. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Promote and sell the company's products/services to meet sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager
Ensure timely collection of payments and handle client queries professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in B2B).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with the Ludhiana market is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
