The position offers an in-hand salary of up to ₹20,000+ per month, including:

₹15,000 base pay

₹500 incentive per client conversion

₹100 added to base pay per conversion

₹2,000 for travel and daily allowances

Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-field visits to potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, and bars.

Close sales through direct meetings, cold calling, and product presentations.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Develop and implement creative sales strategies to drive business growth.

Provide regular performance updates and feedback to management.

Maintain and expand the client database.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

Experience: At least 6 months in field sales or a related role

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Familiarity with different sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies

Comfortable using technology for sales tracking and reporting
