Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with potential clients in the region. You will represent Vanessa Interiors in the field, promoting our products, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to grow in the interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients (residential, commercial, and retail) in Rajahmundry and surrounding areas.

• Conduct field visits to generate leads, meet prospective customers, and promote Vanessa Interiors’ products.

• Present and demonstrate interior solutions, including furniture, home décor, and other related products.

• Understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, and offer customized solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Follow up with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry trends.

• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the interior, furniture, or home décor industry (freshers are also welcome to apply if they have a strong passion for sales).

• Good communication skills in English and Telugu (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Basic understanding of interior design and related products.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license and own transportation (preferred).

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
