Field Support Engineer

Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for IoT-based smart water solutions. • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure smooth site operations. • Coordinate with the project manager and field teams to complete the project. • Support in preparing project documentation, including reports, technical drawings, and installation manuals. • Assist in preparing project quotations by collecting material and labour cost estimates from vendors and suppliers. • Work on project budgeting, tracking expenses, and optimising resource allocation. • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices for on-site execution. • Troubleshoot and provide on-site technical support for IoT devices, sensors, and communication systems. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in IoT for water solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering field. • Basic knowledge of IoT devices, sensors, and communication technologies is a plus. • Strong skills in site assessment, data collection, and project documentation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools. • Understanding of cost estimation, quotation preparation, and project budgeting. • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
