Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer with Level 2 knowledge of phones and laptops. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing on-site diagnosis and repairs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Level 2 diagnosis and repairs for Phones and Laptops at customer locations.
  
  

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction.
  
  

• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repair jobs.
  
  

• Ensure timely response and resolution to service requests.
  
  

• Handle pick-up and drop-off of devices when required.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Android phone and Windows laptop repair.
  
  

• Knowledge of iPhone and MacBook repairs is an added advantage.
  
  

• Good understanding of Bangalore's geography to manage service routes efficiently.
  
  

• Prior experience in a field service or on-site repair role is desirable.
  
  

Requirements:

• Two-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license.
  
  

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
  
  

• Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  
  

• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
  
  

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• 6-day work week with rotational weekly off
  
  

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and skill level)
  
  

• Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 (performance-based)
