FMCG Field Sales Executive position is open at Aswini Homeo and Ayurvedic Products Private Limited in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and prospects of growth. Key Responsibilities: Totally accountable for the assigned region for both primary and secondary order generation. Monthly tracking of volume, territory sales, share and other parameters.Planning, Negotiating and Aligning Term of Trade with assigned distributor, dealer, wholesaler retailer and Local hyper Market effectively.Achieve product / SKU wise secondary as per the agreed targetsActivation of new outlets for sales and increase the market coveragePlanning for Daily, weekly and monthly visit to his Territory and Prior inform to ASM.Reporting / Discipline Should follow the organizational guidelines & must send reports to his seniors well in time. Tracking new promotions in competing brands and accounts.Actively manages wholesales & Retails shopsWillingness to extensive travel more than 80 - 90% in the territory and outside is essentialFocus on all channels to achieve your distribution & display objectiveDaily Visit of 40-50 outlets & working on sales force application (Sales Dairy)Job Requirements:Candidates with Below 10th and 1-6 years of experience in the FMCG sales field can apply for this role. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
