Job Responsibilities
· Identification, appointment & development of distribution in the territory, including appointment of distributors and opening of new retail outlets for company products.
· Daily market coverage of outlets in defined beat, sales, placement, range selling and merchandizing of all products.
· Capable of defining and optimizing beat plans in assigned territory.
· Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
· Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
· Demand Generation & Brand Building activities with the support of promoters
· Sales planning, execution and achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets set.
· Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
· Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, pricing, schemes, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
