Visit customers and keep accurate records
Explain product features and benefits
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Generate leads and negotiate deals

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Build a Team of minimum 15 Field Sales Executive.
3. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to develop their sales skills and enhance performance.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
5. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
6. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
8. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
9. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
11. Maintain a positive and professional work environment within the team.
