Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a strong network of Distributors from scratch in assigned territories.

• Drive primary sales and ensure consistent order flow.

• Identify and onboard potential partners aligned with business goals.

• Market mapping and competitor benchmarking.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for primary and secondary sales.

• Regular reporting using basic Excel skills.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Snacks/FMCG industry.

• Experience in primary sales and distributor development.

• Own 2-wheeler and a personal laptop – Mandatory.

• Basic Excel skills – Mandatory.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Delhi NCR-based candidates only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in Sales/Marketing.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in the field.
