Role & responsibilities

• Leads will be provided by the company; ability to convert leads effectively

• Meet potential clients and explain Health & Life Insurance products

• Close leads provided by the company through face-to-face meetings

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities

• Provide accurate product information and guidance to clients based on their needs

• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize conversions

• Maintain detailed records of sales performance and client interactions

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in one organization

• Domain knowledge in Health & Life Insurance products

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

• BQP qualification will be an added advantage
