Key Responsibilities
✅ Business Development & Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services, including web development, hosting, and digital marketing.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential customers.
✅ Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Provide customized solutions and upsell IT services to existing clients.
Act as a point of contact for high-value clients and key accounts.
✅ Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead nurturing and branding efforts.
Identify potential partnerships and strategic alliances.
✅ Team Management & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide training and guidance to junior sales executives.
✅ Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Ensure high conversion rates from lead generation to successful sales.
Manage pricing, discounts, and client expectations.
✅ Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and client proposals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and market trends.
Utilize Excel for data analysis, sales tracking, and reporting.
Create and manage business documents using Microsoft Word.
Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
🔹 Experience:
3-7 years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or account management.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
🔹 Skills & Expertise:
Strong understanding of IT services, web development, hosting, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
Experience using CRM tools for sales tracking.
