Department: Financial Services
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales Manager
Job Summary:

Henex Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Loan Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our customer base by selling various loan products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate loan terms and conditions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth loan application process
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Experience with loan origination software
Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance
Fluency in multiple languages
