Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Location: Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior



Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in selling Pharma/Nutra products to Orthopedic & Gynecology doctors

Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate sales by meeting customers, distributors, purchase departments, stockists, and chemists.

Manage stock deliveries to hospitals, distributors, stockists, and chemists while maintaining stock reports.

Conduct market awareness and surveys for the company’s product range.

Establish and maintain relationships with sub-distributors, doctors, paramedical staff, hospital purchase teams, etc.

Achieve sales targets and generate monthly sales reports.

Lead market research and test marketing for new product launches.

Organize healthcare events such as CMEs, educational camps, conferences, and new product launches.

Develop and implement marketing strategies.

Interview, hire, and train subordinates as needed.

Plan and manage budgets for client projects, marketing, promotions, and product launches.

Provide expert responses to client needs and support project teams.

Manage billing, payment follow-ups, and ensure timely payment collection.

Track product expiry dates and inform the company at least six months before expiry.

Maintain stock records, payment received & outstanding records, and participate in audits.

Communicate all relevant field updates to the company via mobile, email, or other official channels.

Adhere to company policies and submit reports in the prescribed format and timeline.

Maintain strong connections with orthopedic and gynecology doctors, distributors, and chemists.

Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the company.

Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years in pharma/nutra product sales targeting orthopedic and gynecology doctors.

Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, good relationship management, and ability to meet targets.

Location: Open positions in Indore, Bhopal, and Gwalior.
