Job Summary:
Dr. Mantra is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Representative to promote and sell Ayurvedic and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the healthcare or Ayurvedic industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for holistic health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion:

Promote and sell Dr. Mantra’s Ayurvedic and healthcare products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and hospitals.
Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations and provide detailed product information.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
Territory Management:

Manage and expand the customer base in Pune and surrounding areas.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals as per the defined schedule.
Market Research & Analysis:

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Identify new opportunities to promote Dr. Mantra’s products effectively.
Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Compliance:

Adhere to ethical sales practices and company guidelines while promoting products.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Ayurvedic Science, Life Sciences, or related fields is preferred.
Experience:

2–4 years of experience in the healthcare or Ayurvedic industry.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Ayurvedic products and their benefits is a plus.
Other Requirements:

Must be under 35 years of age.
Willingness to travel extensively within Pune.
Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler (if required).
