Problem-Solving & Objection Handling – Addressing customer concerns effectively.
CRM & Feedback Management – Recording customer interactions and feedback in AbhiSalesPro and other systems.
Field Sales & Mobility – Willingness to travel for home visits and customer meetings.
Digital & App Promotion – Ensuring 100% app downloads for renewed customers.
Time Management & Efficiency – Handling a large customer base and maintaining productivity.
Team Coordination & Reporting – Working closely with the persistency team and reporting to channel engagement SPOCs.
