Designation:  Deputy Manager
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
CTC: Depends on your Experience and Interview.
Qualification: Graduation Compulsory

Job Roles:
• To build strong relationships across the partner network.
• To grow the business by driving sales of LI products through a partner sales team.
• To organize catch-up meetings with partners and their clients to introduce LI products in their portfolios.
• To activate the maximum number of mapped sub- brokers/ RMs/ Lead generators on a monthly basis.
• To ensure smooth assurance of all cases from start to finish and maintain persistence of all issued policies.
• To prepare and send daily reports on meetings and sales numbers to all stakeholders.
• To track the status of logged in policies in the central MIS.

• Sales forecasting & objective setting
• Communication Skills
• Team Work Ability
