Key objectives for the role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator responsible for supporting the sales team in
achieving sales targets. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, coordinating
with other departments, and assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and reports.
Key Responsibilities for the role
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up. Prepare and
distribute sales documents, including contracts, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate with internal
departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing. Manage and
update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with sales activities, customer
information, and sales leads. Support the preparation and delivery of sales reports and forecasts.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
regarding products, orders, and services. Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating them to
the appropriate personnel when necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to
ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Administrative Tasks: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Manage calendars and appointments for the sales team. Organize and maintain files, records, and
documentation related to sales activities. Monitor and manage office supplies related to the sales
department.
Sales Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and
promotional activities. Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional
campaigns. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
