Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth through direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

   • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

   • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing effective sales strategies.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

   • Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements and provide solutions.

   • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and after-sales support.

3. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

   • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

   • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.

4. Product Knowledge:

   • Develop deep knowledge of company products and services.

   • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed.

5. Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to fulfill customer orders.

   • Provide customer feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in industrial or B2B sales is a plus.

• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and products.
