Key Responsibilities:
o Proactively visit the market, identify new dealers, and pitch Grand Pitstop products.
o Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with dealers, ensuring ongoing business.
o Present and demonstrate products to dealers, highlighting key features and benefits to generate sales.
o Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by securing orders from dealers.
o Expand Grand Pitstop’s market footprint by acquiring new dealers and driving product visibility.
o Collect and ensure timely payments from dealers, maintaining accurate payment records.
o Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure dealer satisfaction and loyalty.
o Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
o Report daily sales activities, field progress, and payment statuses to the sales manager
o Fluency in the local language, with strong communication skills in English.
o Highly target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to close deals and generate consistent sales.
o Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field, with a focus on market expansion.
o Strong relationship-building skills with dealers and the ability to maintain business partnerships. o Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field full-time.
