1.      Identify and Acquire New Clients – Target shippers, manufacturers, and distributors needing FTL (Full Truck Load) & PTL (Part Truck Load) services.

2.      Lead Generation & Cold Calling – Actively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and networking.

3.      Negotiate & Close Deals – Pitch logistics services, handle objections, and finalize contracts.

4.      Understand Customer Needs – Assess transportation requirements and offer tailored solutions.

5.      Develop & Maintain Client Relationships – Ensure repeat business through regular follow-ups and service excellence.

6.      Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on pricing, competitor services, and market trends to refine sales strategy.

7.      Prepare & Present Quotations – Provide competitive freight quotes and negotiate pricing with clients.

8.      Coordinate with Operations Team – Ensure smooth execution of booked shipments and address service concerns.

9.      Sales Reporting & CRM Management – Track sales performance, update customer data, and maintain records.

10.   Achieve Sales Targets – Meet and exceed revenue and volume goals through strategic sales efforts.
