Products: Wheat Flour, Semolina, Chakki Atta, Bran, Salt, Dalia, Wheat grains etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage HORECA clients in Delhi NCR.
- Build relationships with purchase managers, chefs and bulk buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for institutional clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
- Gather market insights on HORECA trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in HORECA/F&B sales (experience with flour/staples preferred).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
2. Field Sales Executive – General Trade (GT)
Location: Delhi NCR
Industry: FMCG (Wheat Flour & Food Products)
Products: Wheat Flour, Semolina, Chakki Atta, Bran, Salt, Dalia, Wheat grains etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kirana stores, supermarkets, and local distributors.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and stock rotation.
- Achieve primary/secondary sales targets.
- Train retailers on product benefits and promotions.
- Resolve distributor/retailer issues (e.g., payments, logistics).
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in GT/FMCG sales (experience with flour/staples preferred).
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR’s retail landscape.
- Two-wheeler and local travel readiness.
