. Sales Strategy and Planning
• Identify potential customers and new market opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and offering
tailored solutions.
3. Sales Execution
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement.
4. Performance Tracking
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress
using CRM tools.
5. Market and Product Knowledge
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Provide valuable feedback to internal teams on customer demands and potential
product improvements.
6. Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure
client satisfaction.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming
workshops.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
• Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally in the FMCG or food & beverage
industry.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address
client needs.
o Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent platforms.
o Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
