Key Responsibilities:-
1. Visit local markets to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
2. Build relationships with hardware and cement retailers, wholesalers, and contractors.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:-
1. 6 months -2 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong understanding of the construction market.
