Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Education Counselor / Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves visiting schools, attending events, meeting with parents, and working closely with the reporting manager for data collection and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to negotiate and develop sales strategies to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Visit schools, educational events, and other locations as directed by the manager for data collection and business development.
• Parent & Client Meetings: Attend scheduled meetings with parents at their locations to discuss services and promote educational solutions.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate payment terms, pricing, and contract details to close deals with prospective clients. • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the manager to develop effective sales strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
• Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads and referrals, ensuring timely and accurate communication to convert leads into business.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Travel Requirements: Travel to various client locations as required, ensuring a flexible and proactive approach to meeting business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to handle pricing and payment discussions effectively.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
