We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients including builders, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and retail dealers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support and handle client queries effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Develop thorough knowledge of the company’s building material products (e.g., cement, tiles, sanitaryware, steel, adhesives, etc.).
Demonstrate and present product features and benefits to clients.
Market Intelligence:
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Provide regular feedback and insights to management.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Use CRM tools or Excel to track interactions and follow-ups.
