Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and distributors. Promote and sell the company's building material products (e.g., tiles adhesive, block adhesives, etc.).Conduct site visits and product presentations.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and trade events.Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
