We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee real estate division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and executing strategies to meet sales targets, Direct sales, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Management:
· Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers (online/offline campaigns, networking, etc.).
· Manage incoming leads from various channels, such as property portals, company websites, and referrals.
· Qualify and categorize leads to prioritize follow-up and maximize conversion.
· Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients.
· Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, addressing queries, and providing detailed property information.
· Present pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective buyers, while emphasizing the unique value propositions of the properties.
· Negotiate and finalize deals with buyers, ensuring favorable terms and client satisfaction.
· Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, sales progress, and customer communications.
· Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospective buyers through all stages of the sales cycle.

· Q&A Objection handling, Negotiation and closure.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Proven track record in direct sales, lead generation, and closure.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
· Ability to lead and mentor a sales team to achieve their targets.
