Your Role as Sales Manager

• Lead the charge in generating new business, nurturing key relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to position Inovoda’s technology offerings effectively.

• Build, coach, and mentor a sales team with a winning mindset and consultative approach.

• Interface with senior IT decision-makers to understand needs, tailor solutions, and close deals that matter.

• Monitor sales pipelines, track KPIs, and turn insights into strategy.

• Stay ahead of tech trends to stay relevant, sharp, and innovative.

• Prior experience in B2B sales (tech, SaaS, cloud, or IT services) is an advantage — but not a limitation for the right candidate with strong learning potential.

• Self-driven, coachable, and genuinely interested in learning about cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT.

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, including cold calling and lead generation.
