Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to drive sales in residential and commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building and retaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for residential/commercial real estate.

• Generate new business and follow up with leads.

• Conduct site visits, answer client queries, and close deals.

• Liaise with clients and provide up-to-date project information.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Report sales activities to senior management.

• Expand customer base and explore new business opportunities.
