Job responsibilities of a telesales executive: Project knowledge: Take knowledge of all projects and real estate from the market, do OJT with sales teams. Generate visits: Research, make cold calls, and pitch to potential clients to identify their needs and convert them into site visits. Meet sales targets: Follow a sales script and strategy, but be able to improvise when needed. Build customer relationships: Maintain relationships with existing clients as well as new clients, remind them for site visits and revisits, and inform them of deals. Manage client accounts: Answer questions about projects or the company, and handle grievances. Update customers: Inform customers about new launches and record their reactions, and advertise discounts and offers. Keep records: Track sales leads, customer interactions, and performance. Liaise with other departments: Coordinate with other departments to address customer queries and complaints.
