We are looking for a goal-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the NBFC sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of customers for financial products such as unsecured personal loans, SME/business loans, vehicle finance, gold loans, or other retail lending products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the NBFC market, strong people management skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive loan disbursement volumes and portfolio growth.
Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers/Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify new markets and customer segments to drive loan acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers.
Ensure end-to-end customer onboarding, documentation, and credit approvals.
Monitor team performance using KPIs and provide regular coaching and training.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI, KYC norms, etc.).
Collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Any Graduation Degree .
2-3 years of experience in sales within the NBFC Finance sector.
Proven experience in retail lending products such as LAP, MSME or vehicle finance.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the NBFC lending ecosystem and compliance requirements.
Proficient in MS Office .
Experience in managing a field sales team or feet-on-street (FOS) model.
Working knowledge of underwriting, KYC, and loan origination processes.
