✅ Education: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree)
✅ Experience: Min. 2 years in Field Sales (BFSI, Fintech, Banking preferred)
✅ Mandatory: Prior Gold Loan sector experience
✅ Fluent in local language + Basic English
✅ Must own a 2-wheeler & valid driving license
✅ Strong B2C selling skills with a target-driven attitude
