Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties, utilizing CRM leads.
Conduct site visits with prospective clients to relevant properties.
Handle negotiations with buyers and ensure successful deal closures.
Achieve the target of 5-6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in both Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
Sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Energy, enthusiasm, and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
1 year of sales experience in any industry is preferred.
Experience in handling the full sales cycle, including deal closures and demonstrated sales success.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
A graduate from any discipline is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Goal-based auto-appraisals and promotions every 3 months with a 10% salary hike upon achieving targets.
5 working days a week (Monday to Friday).
