Sales Manager / Real Estate Developer

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing and acquisition of new real estate agents and customers through them. This includes conducting market research, evaluating potential brokers for tie ups, meeting potential brokers and developing and managing brokers relationships. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for market trends and possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
Excellent analytical and market research skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all real estate transactions.
Ability to handle customer independently and do the transaction
Understand the requirement of customers, Show case the entire project to customer and do the booking.
