Job Description for Civil Engineers:

• Supervise construction projects and ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Estimate materials and labor requirements for projects.

• Inspect sites and resolve on-site challenges.

• Maintain quality control and safety standards.

• Collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors.

• Keep records of construction progress and submit reports.

Job Description for Salespersons:

• Male & Female (BOTH).

• MBA passed students are most welcome.

• Generate leads and sell construction materials.

• Develop B2B relationships with builders, contractors, and wholesalers.

• Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
