Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.

• Convince potential clients about the benefits of solar energy and tailor solutions to their needs.

• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.

• Work closely with the sales team and management to optimize sales performance.

• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

4. Sales Process & Documentation:

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

• Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.

• Generate regular sales reports for management review.

5. Coordination & Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, including sales coordinators, design engineers, and project teams, to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams for project-related discussions.

6. Site Survey:

• Conduct complete site surveys for solar applications, ensuring proper data collection and feasibility assessment.

• Physically analyze sites to determine appropriate system capacity and share survey reports in coordination with the office team.

7. Net Metering & Regulatory Compliance:

• Maintain and submit required documents for net metering, subsidies, and other regulatory approvals.

• Assist in the submission of net metering applications and ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements.

8. Continuous Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in solar energy.

• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

9. Submission of Conveyance Sheet:

• Provide accurate conveyance sheets for reimbursement of actual expenses incurred during job-related travel on a fortnightly basis.

10. Travel Requirement:

• Be prepared for frequent travel to various project sites for surveys, assessments, and design coordination.
