Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role involves both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to promote long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Sales Presentations: Present products and services to prospective clients, demonstrating how they meet their needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure smooth transition from sales to after-sales support.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction and successful sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiating and closing abilities.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find effective solutions.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Education: Graduation or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
