We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executives (both experienced and freshers) with an MBA in Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) software and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote and sell HRMS solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for HRMS software solutions.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their HR needs and propose appropriate software solutions.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of HRMS software, including features, benefits, and how it aligns with client HR processes.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing how the HRMS software can address their business challenges.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the client and the company.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products, and provide feedback to the marketing team for product improvement and positioning.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in CRM tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MBA in Sales and Marketing (required).
Experience:
Fresher: A recent MBA graduate with strong theoretical knowledge of sales strategies and HRMS software.
Experienced: Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in HRMS software or IT-related products.
Knowledge of HRMS: Basic understanding of HRMS software, including HR functions like payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that create value.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Preferred Skills (for Experienced candidates):
Experience in selling HRMS or similar enterprise software solutions.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and work with senior management in client organizations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
