Job Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will spearhead initiatives to generate leads, handle client inquiries, and manage our digital footprint through social media and website channels. This role is critical in driving brand awareness and customer engagement while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Inquiries:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful projects.

• Digital Marketing Management:

  • Oversee social media accounts and develop engaging content to build the brand online.

  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.

  • Monitor digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

• Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on results.

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

• Brand Management:

  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

  • Collaborate with creative teams for the development of marketing materials.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Address client feedback and work on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction or interior services industry.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and website maintenance.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, social media analytics, and content management systems.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Compensation:
Salary will range from 25k - 50k, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
