Job Description: Sales Executive – iPipe Profit Tracker (IPPT)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our iPipe Profit Tracker (IPPT) solution. This role involves direct engagement with clients through physical visits, virtual meetings, and follow-ups, with a focus on building customer relationships and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and experience with industrial or manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Visits and Relationship Building
Conduct physical visits to potential and existing customers to demonstrate the value of the IPPT solution.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance brand presence and trust.
Scheduling Zoom Calls and Online Demos
Arrange and conduct online meetings, including Zoom calls, to present product features and address customer questions.
Customize product demonstrations to align with customer needs and expectations.
Quotation Management and Follow-up
Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up consistently to address queries, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Pipeline Management and Reporting
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and document all activities, meetings, and client feedback.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales progress, customer feedback, and forecasted sales.
Market Feedback and Product Improvement
Gather insights from customer interactions to identify product improvement areas.
Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and potential enhancements.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve 100% of assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a 90% conversion rate from qualified leads to closed deals.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
Complete at least 10 physical customer visits per month.
Schedule a minimum of 8 product demo calls (Zoom/physical) monthly.
Quotation Turnaround and Follow-Up Efficiency
Send quotes to customers within 24 hours of request.
Follow up on all quotes within 3 days, maintaining a 90% follow-up completion rate.
Pipeline and CRM Management
Ensure 100% of lead information, activities, and updates are documented in the CRM.
Generate weekly and monthly reports with accurate data and actionable insights.
Market Intelligence and Feedback
Provide at least two actionable insights per quarter for product improvement.
Document and share at least one customer feedback or improvement suggestion per month with the product team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing equipment sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel and conduct on-site visits as required.
