We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our fast-paced
advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients,
pitching our advertising solutions, and closing sales through in-person meetings. This is a
field-based role requiring strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Visit potential clients (local businesses, brands, retailers, etc.) to present and sell
advertising solutions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
● Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising options (print, digital,
outdoor, social media, etc.).
● Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
● Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and close deals effectively.
● Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of
campaigns.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications.
Provide market feedback to management and suggest improvements to offerings.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in field sales, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
● Familiarity with the local market and client landscape is a plus.
● Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (for local travel and communication).
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
