As a Sales Executive at Rao Holidays, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our holiday membership plans to potential customers. Your role will involve both in-office sales and visiting customer locations to explain our services and offers in detail.
· Actively engage with potential customers to promote Rao Holidays’ membership plans.
· Conduct visits to customer locations to explain services, offers, and benefits in person, aiming to secure memberships.
· Understand customer needs and tailor holiday memberships accordingly.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
· Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies and promotional activities.
· Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences to enhance our offerings.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills.
· Willingness to travel locally to meet with customers.
· Previous experience in sales, particularly in the travel and tourism industry, is a plus.
· A proactive attitude and a commitment to achieving targets.

On hand salary budget is around 15000 to 30000 Plus Daily SPIF's and Monthly Incentives
