The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing CraveConnects as the preferred catering partner for businesses in Noida. Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential corporate clients in the target market (e.g., office managers, event planners, HR professionals).Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and online research. Qualify leads and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored catering solutions. Present CraveConnects' services and menu options effectively.Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.Sales and Business Development: Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and close sales.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.Provide feedback to management on market insights and client needs.Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.Prepare and submit regular sales reports.Attend sales meetings and training sessions.Qualifications:Proven track record in B2B direct sales, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or food service or FMCG industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Bachelor's degree (preferred).
