Sales Representative

Customer Associate (ECA) position is open at Asian Paints (via dealer shop) in Chennai. The role requires candidates who are skilled in customer engagement, site evaluation, and supervising painting services through contractors. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Consultation:

• Attend walk-in customers at the dealer shop and understand their painting requirements.

• Offer color consultancy and visualization services using the Ezycolour Kiosk.

On-Site Evaluation:

• Conduct site inspections for customers who don't have a contractor.

• Measure site areas and suggest suitable painting products and finishes, including luxury emulsions and wood finishes.

Contractor Coordination & Supervision:

• Provide trained contractor options to customers.

• Monitor the execution of painting work to ensure quality and timely completion.

Sales & Relationship Management:

• Promote high-value products and upsell additional services.

• Build strong customer relationships and track future painting needs.

• Maintain a database of customer records and project details.

Operational Tasks & Reporting:

• Fill out daily work reports and submit them weekly.

• Update all customer interactions and project details on the CA app.

• Ensure contractors attend company-organized training programs.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome. Preference given to candidates with 1 year of experience in paint, construction, or related sales roles.

• Age Limit: Below 25 years.

• Gender: Male candidates only.

• Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and local language.

• Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license and have an Android phone (OS version 5 or above).
