We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in cosmetic product sales to join our team in Rohini, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, an in-depth understanding of beauty and cosmetic products, and the ability to build strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cosmetic products to retail stores, salons, and direct customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate product knowledge to clients.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of cosmetic or beauty products.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Familiarity with the local market in Rohini and surrounding areas.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
