1. Task Management & Team Coordination (20%)
Successfully managing a team of 4-5 designers, ensuring timely task allocation and completion.
Ensuring 80-90% task adherence to deadlines.
Conducting weekly review meetings to assess progress and provide feedback.
2. Quality & Creativity of Design (25%)
Maintaining an average design approval rate of 90% from clients or internal stakeholders.
Creating high-quality, original designs that align with client requirements and branding.
Ensuring zero major revisions in at least 80% of the projects.
3. Social Media Posting & Engagement (15%)
Ensuring 100% adherence to the social media content calendar.
Delivering minimum 20-25 high-quality posts per month.
Achieving at least 5% engagement rate (likes, shares, comments) on posted content.
4. Logo & Branding Projects (15%)
Completing 100% of logo designs within the given timeline.
Minimum 80% client satisfaction on logo and branding projects.
Ensuring brand consistency across all design materials.
5. Client Requirement Analysis & Adaptability (15%)
Conducting detailed requirement analysis before starting any project.
Providing creative design solutions that match the client’s industry and business goals.
Meeting at least 95% of client expectations without major rework.
6. Professionalism & Communication (10%)
Collaborating effectively with other teams (Marketing, Sales, Content) to understand their design needs.
Ensuring timely response (within 24 hours) to all internal/external feedback.
Participating in monthly brainstorming sessions to improve creative strategies.
