We are seeking a highly creative, dynamic, and results-driven Social Media Designer & Campaign Manager to enhance our brand presence, run social media campaigns, and increase audience engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Content Creation:
Design high-quality social media templates, posts, carousels, and reels for Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Develop brand-consistent visuals aligned with EdAthena’s style and identity.
Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and thumbnails to boost engagement.
Ensure trendy, aesthetic, and platform-optimized content to attract target audiences.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
Edit short and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Add animations, transitions, effects, and text overlays for reels and YouTube shorts.
Optimize videos for different social media platforms with correct aspect ratios and formats.
Social Media Marketing & Campaign Execution:
Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Implement growth hacking techniques to increase views, shares, and conversions.
Analyze social media insights and refine content strategy for better performance.
Track and report campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Audience Growth & Engagement:
Identify and implement trending content strategies (e.g., memes, challenges, trending hashtags).
Increase engagement through interactive posts, stories, and user-generated content.
Research industry trends and innovate EdAthena’s social media presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run paid ad campaigns and organic promotions.
AI & Graphic Tools Expertise:
Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., RunwayML, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly) for creative content.
Work with Adobe Photoshop (PSD), Canva, Illustrator, and Figma for high-end designs.
Experiment with AI-generated visuals and content to enhance social media marketing.
Independent Execution & Ownership:
Work independently and take full ownership of EdAthena’s social media strategy.
Manage multiple design and marketing tasks while meeting deadlines efficiently.
Implement data-driven decisions for maximum social media growth.
Requirements & Skills:
✅ Experience: 1+ years in social media design, video editing, and campaign management.
✅ Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma.
✅ Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve), After Effects (preferred).
✅ AI Tools Experience: Knowledge of AI-based design and video editing tools.
✅ Social Media Ads: Ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
✅ Growth Hacking: Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and virality.
✅ Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze insights and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
✅ Work Ethic: Highly proactive, self-driven, and passionate about content creation.
