Responsibilities:
● Be responsible for the design of digital experiences (e.g. website, online tools, seamless
web/mobile design) and the implementation of UX/UI best practices and principles across
all digital platforms.
● Will be responsible for Quality check, Feedback and Content suggestion as per the latest
trends.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to
translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
● Conduct user research, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the
overall usability of our products.
● Shape & execute on the design strategy in collaboration with Product & Marketing
managers
● Develop visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations,
infographics, and other collateral to effectively communicate our product offerings.
● Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with
overall marketing strategies.
● Create sales enablement materials such as sales decks, product sheets, and case studies to
support the sales team in effectively communicating the value proposition of our API
product.
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative
and user-centric designs.
● Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual
communication.
● Experience in designing marketing collaterals and sales enablement materials.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
● Familiarity with finance industry trends and design considerations is a plus.
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design and marketing collateral
creation.
